Email us from the address you used at checkout and we will send a fresh link straight away, at no cost. Links expire after 30 days purely to stop them being shared publicly — your access to the guide does not expire.

I never received the email

Check your spam or promotions folder first, and search for "Plainly Press". If it is not there, email us and we will resend it. If your email provider is blocking us, tell us an alternative address and we will use that.

I would like a refund

Just ask. See our refund policy — full refund within 30 days, no explanation needed.

Our standard licence covers one family. Write to us describing what you have in mind and we will put together a licence that fits.

I found a mistake in a guide

Please tell us — we would genuinely rather know. We correct errors and send the updated file to everyone who bought it.
